Flower
I was in the back yard this morning and saw one of plants sprout a flower, it had never done that before and to be honest with you, I can't EVEN remember the name of the plant. However, it is real pretty and it has a couple more buds on it that may be sprouting soon. I am guessing it is the type of plant that takes a few years to develop and then sprout flowers.

looks like an iris to me. Mine usually bloom everyyear and are one of the first to come out for me. Happy Gardening!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the information. I will Google it and make sure that I am caring for it properly. I would like to take it out the pot and plant it in the ground, but was unsure of it since it was given to me as just the plant in a newspaper.
